Registration & Fees

ICI3DS 2027 will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend and present either in person or virtually.

Presentation Registration

The Presentation registration includes:

• Presentation of one accepted paper

• Access to scientific sessions and keynote presentations

• Conference materials

• Certificate of participation/presentation

• Coffee breaks and lunch for in-person participants

• Networking opportunities

Presentation registration does not include publication in the conference proceedings.

Presentation + Publication

The Presentation + Publication registration includes all benefits of the Presentation registration and the publication of the final accepted paper in the:

ICI3DS 2027 Proceedings — Intelligent Data-Driven Decision Systems

The proceedings are planned to be published by Taylor & Francis, subject to the publisher's editorial, ethical, production, and publication requirements.

Publication requires:

• Final acceptance of the paper

• Submission of the final manuscript according to the required format

• Compliance with originality, copyright, and ethical requirements

• Presentation of the paper at the conference

• Compliance with the publisher's requirements and deadlines

Published papers may receive a DOI as part of the publisher's publication process.

Registration does not guarantee publication.

Virtual Participation

Virtual participants will be able to:

• Attend the conference remotely

• Present an accepted paper online

• Attend keynote and technical sessions

• Receive digital conference materials

• Receive a digital certificate

• Access the proceedings if registered with the publication option

Listener / Participant

The Listener / Participant registration is intended for attendees who wish to participate in the conference without presenting a paper.

It includes access to:

• Scientific sessions

• Keynote presentations

• Conference materials

• Certificate of participation

• Coffee breaks and lunch for in-person participants

• Networking activities

Listener registration does not include paper publication.

Important Registration Conditions

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper.

• Each standard author registration covers one participant and one paper.

• Additional papers require payment of the additional-paper fee.

• Publication is subject to final acceptance and compliance with conference and publisher requirements.

• Participants must comply with originality, copyright, and ethical requirements.

• Registration fees are non-transferable unless otherwise authorized by the organizing committee.

Payment

Participants should complete the online registration form and follow the payment instructions provided by the organizing committee.

Proof of payment must be submitted with the registration.
