Author Guidelines

Submission Requirements

We invite authors to submit original, high-quality research papers to the ICI3DS 2027 International Conference.

All submissions must represent original work that has not been published elsewhere and must not be currently under consideration for publication by another conference or journal.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions comply with the conference's formatting, ethical, and publication requirements.

Formatting & Templates

To ensure consistency and high-quality production of the ICI3DS 2027 Conference Proceedings, authors must strictly adhere to the formatting guidelines and use the official conference templates.

• Language: All manuscripts must be written in clear, academic English.

• Length: Each paper should be approximately 6 pages in length, including figures, tables, and references.

• Templates: Authors are required to use one of the official templates provided below:

Authors must carefully follow the formatting, structure, citation, figure, table, and reference requirements specified in the templates.

Peer-Review & Selection Process

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by members of the Scientific Committee.

• Originality: Submitted work must be original and must not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

• Technical Quality: Papers should present scientifically sound and technically rigorous research.

• Relevance: Submissions must be relevant to the themes and scope of ICI3DS 2027.

• Clarity: Manuscripts should be clearly written, well structured, and presented in accordance with the conference guidelines.

• Final Decision: The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet the required scientific and technical standards. Decisions regarding acceptance or rejection are final.

Publishing Ethics & AI Policy

Originality & Plagiarism

All submissions must be original. Papers may be screened for plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct.

Authors are responsible for the originality, accuracy, validity, and integrity of their submitted work.

Generative AI

Authors must comply with the Taylor & Francis AI Policy and the specific requirements applicable to the ICI3DS 2027 Conference Proceedings.

The responsible use of Generative AI tools may be permitted for certain purposes, such as language improvement or other forms of assistance, provided that authors maintain appropriate human oversight and remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, validity, and integrity of their work.

Any use of Generative AI tools in the preparation of a submission must be transparently disclosed, where applicable, in accordance with the publisher's requirements. Authors may be required to provide details of the AI tool used, including its name and version, how it was used, and the purpose of its use.

AI-generated content will not be accepted for publication in the ICI3DS 2027 Conference Proceedings.

Authors must not use Generative AI in a manner that replaces their core research or author responsibilities. Generative AI tools must not be listed as authors or co-authors.

Authors are responsible for verifying all AI-assisted content and ensuring that it is accurate, properly supported, and compliant with applicable copyright, confidentiality, and research-ethics requirements.

Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest where applicable.

Figures, Tables & References

Authors must carefully check their manuscripts before submission to ensure that:

• All figures are present and of sufficient resolution.

• All tables are present and correctly formatted.

• Tables are provided as editable tables and are not inserted as images.

• All figures and tables are properly numbered and cited in the text.

• All citations are complete and correctly included.

• All references cited in the manuscript appear in the reference list.

• All necessary permissions have been obtained for copyrighted figures, images, artwork, or other third-party material.

Author Information

Authors must provide complete and accurate author information in accordance with the submission template.

The author names and their order must be carefully checked before final submission.

Changes to the author list or author order may not be possible after the manuscript has entered the production stage.

Presentation & Registration Requirement

To be eligible for publication in the ICI3DS 2027 Conference Proceedings, at least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work.

Presentation may be conducted in person or virtually, according to the conference presentation guidelines.

Final Paper Submission

Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit a final version of their manuscript according to the instructions provided by the conference.

Before submitting the final version, authors should carefully verify:

• Author names and order

• Affiliations

• Figures and tables

• References and citations

• Formatting

• Language and grammar

• Copyright permissions, where applicable

• Compliance with the applicable AI policy

Authors should ensure that the final manuscript is complete and ready for publication before submitting the final version.

Important Notice

Once the final manuscript has been submitted for production, revisions or new material may not be accepted. Authors are therefore strongly encouraged to carefully proofread and verify all aspects of their manuscript before final submission.
